Question 3. Given your extensive experience in information security, how are you ensuring that Hoopr’s platform remains secure and scalable as it grows? What are some of the key challenges you’ve faced in this area?

Our infrastructure is designed for reliability and growth, with robust backup systems, access controls, and auto-scaling capabilities. We continuously monitor our systems to identify and address potential vulnerabilities, ensuring the ongoing security and stability of our platform.

 

Question 4. You’ve transitioned from working at a large-scale platform like BookMyShow to a more niche platform like Hoopr. How has this shift influenced your approach to technology development and management?

Witnessing the company’s growth from a small startup to a large-scale platform has taught me the importance of adaptability, innovation, and effective processes. Experience in a rapidly evolving industry has helped me understand the importance of staying ahead of the curve and embracing new technologies. Question 5. At SHEROES, you developed an e-commerce platform and a digital literacy edtech platform. Are there any principles or lessons from those experiences that you’ve applied to Hoopr’s platform?

Answer 5) My time at SHEROES and Mahila Money provided me with a unique perspective on serving a diverse customer base, particularly in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. I gained valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities presented by different market segments, including varying levels of tech literacy, price sensitivity, and specific needs.
