- Please elaborate on your Business model and USP?
Our business model functions as a Digitally Intelligent Platform as a Service (DIPS), catering to the pursuit of excellence for individuals, industry, and institutions. Our goal is to cultivate a greater number of intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs through our specially designed Design Learning Program. We then empower them with a Stage Gated & Risk Assured approach on our C4 Platform for developing a pipeline of intellectual property, guiding the journey from conceptualization to commercialization in a continuum. The unique selling point of our platform is a sophisticated algorithm-driven Digital Maturity Compass (DMC), which reflects the current situation accurately and facilitates the transformation process towards the desired state for all the three segments. It measures Critical Success Factors (CSF), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Performance Measures (PM) against both aspirations and industry benchmarks. By utilizing AI, we Pair needs and resources, the platform serves the purpose of growth to thrive rather than just survive.
- How has been the journey so far? What are the challenges you encountered while setting up Giggr Technologies and how did you overcome those challenges?
Our journey has been challenging since we established ourselves as a C-Corp in the US and a Private Limited Corporation in India in Sep ‘21. Enduring the impact of the second and third waves of COVID-19, we only returned to normalcy around February 2023. Developing digital technology has been a significant struggle due to the limited skills of the available workforce in this area. We are practicing patience and encouraging continuous learning while meeting the demands of engineering new technology. Our approach revolves around Education, Ownership, and Commitment for our entire Customer Universe, which encompasses Clients, Associates, Stakeholders, Shareholders, Business Partners, Vendors, Society, and various technologies such as Devices, IoT, Scanners, Sensors, and Wearables.
- Funding plans and business plan for next 5 years?
Currently bootstrapped, we are just entering the fundraising arena. Our three-stage fundraising strategy comprises an initial stage of $500K, followed by a Seed Round of $5M, and culminating in a Series A round of $50M. Our goal is to advance Alpha Customers to the Beta State within 3 months and to the Theta State within 9 months, aligning with our funding objectives.
- How has Giggr used AI to revolutionize the setting up of GCCs in India and outside India?
Our Focus on AI is a Role Driven Digital Identity that fuses Data, Talent, Resources / Materials / Energy, Financial Capital at the intersection of Value, Intellectual & Human Capital and Digital Infrastructure. We see AI as a necessary step to progress to Cognitive Intelligence, which is our goal. Our current emphasis is to work with as much Data Curation through new ecosystem processes in selected spheres of life such as Education in which Sports is a very important element, Governance in which Access is an Important Element and Wealth in which Work leading to Intrapreneurship & Entrepreneurship is an important element.
- Please share the dominating AI trends that you foresee over the next 5 years.
- Web Browsers will no longer be necessary as Platforms and Communities will connect for digital transactions. The convergence of computing, communications, and content will reach a higher level of development.
- Search functions will be replaced by Intelligent Pairing, where Personalization takes precedence over Industrialization.
- Access will grow significantly. Data Autonomy will democratize systems in the upcoming era.
- Design Led Systems will gain more importance due to the implementation of AI.
- Societies will witness a significant cultural shift from Exploitation to Empowerment of People.
- How does Giggr help the companies across sectors like education and healthcare?
Shifting in Education:
- Transition from outdated pedagogies to Micro (Experiential), Macro (Experimentation), and Universal (Certification) based Learning.
- Focus on Capacity (Transformational Mindset) and Ability (Relevant Skills to Execute).
Advancement in Healthcare:
- Develop a Digital Health Record linked to a Personal Ecosystem owned by the Individual.
- Move beyond episodic Medical and Electronic Health Records held by Medical Institutions.
- Emphasize Life, Learning & Living while acknowledging Disease, Decay & Death.
