  1. Can you share with us the inspiration behind founding OWLED Media, and what motivated you to venture into the creative marketing industry?

– My journey into the creative marketing industry began at the tender age of 13 when I discovered the educational potential of video creation. It sparked a fire within me, leading to the creation of my own YouTube channel, Technicia Studio. Through this platform, I delved into the world of storytelling, discovering my innate passion for crafting compelling narratives. As I honed my skills, I realized the immense power of marketing as a means to convey these narratives and connect with audiences, both locally and globally. The founding inspiration behind OWLED Media stemmed from this realization – the desire to help brands effectively reach their target audience through customized storytelling. What motivated me to venture into the content marketing industry was the noticeable gap between brands and their audience. I observed a disconnect in how brands communicated their messaging and saw an opportunity to bridge this gap by offering a modern approach to storytelling.

 

  1. How has your journey as a young entrepreneur shaped your approach to leadership and business strategy at OWLED Media?

– Being a young entrepreneur has shaped my approach to leadership at OWLED Media. My journey as a young entrepreneur has taught me the importance of adaptability and resilience. I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about having all the answers, but rather about surrounding yourself with talented people and empowering them to succeed. Flexibility and resilience have become key pillars in our business strategy, allowing us to navigate the ever-changing landscape of the creative marketing industry. I also believe in fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. I’ve learned that effective leadership involves listening to my team, valuing diverse perspectives, and adapting strategies based on collective insights. – I believe AI is revolutionizing the way we approach marketing, and at OWLED Media, we’re harnessing its power to create more personalized and impactful campaigns for our clients. From predictive analytics to chatbots and virtual assistants, AI technology enables us to better understand our audience’s preferences and behavior, allowing us to tailor our messaging and content accordingly. – Balancing my role as a content creator with my responsibilities as the founder of OWLED Media can be challenging at times, but I believe it’s essential to lead by example. I make a conscious effort to prioritize my time and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that both my personal brand and my agency receive the attention they deserve. By staying organized and focused, I’m able to juggle multiple responsibilities without sacrificing quality or consistency.
