Eupheus Learning, India’s largest school focused distribution platform, today announced its financial results for FY24, demonstrating robust growth across key business segments and continued market expansion.
The B2B company reported gross revenue of INR 225 crore in FY24, with a significant improvement in operational efficiency reflected in an EBITDA of INR 6 crore (4% margin), up from EBITDA neutral position in FY23. This operational improvement, coupled with strategic cost management, has resulted in halving of losses compared to the previous fiscal year.
Its acquired company, ClassKlap, has achieved remarkable 3x growth from FY22 to FY24, reaching EBITDA neutrality. SchoolMitra, another company acquired just two years ago, has emerged as a significant vertical, now enabling almost 35% of the company’s revenue. These milestones lend credibility to Eupheus Learning’s acquisition strategy and the firm’s ability to integrate well and scale new heights.
The company’s market presence continues to strengthen, with its solutions now reaching approximately 10,000 schools across 725+ cities in India, supported by a dedicated sales force of 280 professionals. Strong catalogue adoption and monetization across the company’s diverse portfolio is further strengthening their average revenue per school.
Building on this momentum, Eupheus Learning recently secured an additional $3 million in funding from Lightrock India, following their $10 million investment in September 2021. This new capital will fuel organic growth initiatives and expand access to 21st-century learning solutions for school students.
Amit Kapoor, Co-founder & CEO of Eupheus Learning, commented, “Our financial performance in FY24 marks just the beginning of our ambitious growth trajectory. With our strategy hitting the spot and our capital frugality in the right direction, the horizontal expansion with a strengthened ARR, will make us the most distinct B2B player in the space.”
The implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 has catalysed the adoption of innovative educational solutions, creating favourable market conditions for Eupheus Learning’s comprehensive offering. The company’s curriculum solutions, mapped to CBSE and ICSE standards, alongside supplemental products including STEM/STEAM tools and AR/VR technologies, position it uniquely in the market.
Ved Prakash Khatri, Co-founder & COO, added, “The education sector is at an inflection point, and our vision for Eupheus is to help technology, curriculum, and classroom experience converge to deliver unprecedented value to schools and students alike. Our ability to integrate ClassKlap and SchoolMitra into a significant revenue contributor within just two years is solid proof. Our Middle East expansion is another step in our global ambitions, as we aim to replicate our successful model in emerging markets worldwide.”
Eupheus Learning remains committed to breaking traditional silos in school education, creating an integrated environment for seamless learning both inside classrooms and at home. With its solutions aligned with the latest NCF 2022/23 mandates, the company is well-positioned to lead innovation in school education and induce sustainable partnerships in the education ecosystem.
