The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK), acclaimed for its 3rd rank in the Ministry of Education’s NIRF 2023 rankings, in collaboration with Emeritus, has launched the General Management Programme for Future Leaders, an 11-month, flexible, online learning programme tailored for mid-to-senior professionals. With the increasing impact of AI and digital transformation across industries, the programme provides a 360-degree perspective on modern business management, equipping participants to navigate complex business landscapes confidently.
According to the 2023 World Economic Forum Future of Jobs Report, nearly 50% of companies globally report skill gaps in their current workforces, with 44% of core skills expected to change over the next five years. Additionally, Deloitte’s 2023 Global Human Capital Trends finds that 59% of executives consider skill shortages in emerging technologies like AI a significant barrier to growth and innovation. Recognising these shifts, the new General Management programme from IIM Kozhikode integrates strategic management with AI-driven insights, preparing leaders to meet today’s and tomorrow’s business challenges head-on.
