T-Hub & MATH join forces with Google for Startups to launch AI Academy India Bootcamp in Hyderabad supporting 26 early-stage startups on their AI journey
The AI Academy India 2024 Bootcamp, a three-day intensive program held from December 4-6, concluded today at T-Hub in partnership with Google for Startups. Designed to empower early-stage startups to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) for addressing global challenges across sectors like healthcare, climate, education, and infrastructure, the bootcamp provided participants with hands-on training, expert mentorship, and resources.
Supported by MeitY Startup Hub, the bootcamp welcomed 26 startups from Telangana, offering access to Google’s cutting-edge AI technologies, up to $350,000 in cloud credits, and exclusive networking opportunities with Google experts.
Startups tackled diverse challenges, including AI-powered solutions for education to revolutionize research and learning, climate change mitigation through geospatial analytics, and healthcare innovations like AI-based autism detection.
The event was inaugurated by Rahul Paith, CEO of MATH, along with distinguished speakers from Google and T-Hub.

The three-day bootcamp was structured around the “Start, Build, Grow” theme, featuring workshops on designing human-centered and secure AI solutions, responsible AI practices, and product design. Startups engaged in hands-on sessions on Generative AI, app development, and Web AI, along with technical mentoring and market-oriented strategies like AI-powered marketing, fundraising, and storytelling.

The Hyderabad bootcamp is part of a larger initiative being held across six cities in India, in collaboration with leading innovation hubs like Kerala Startup Mission, IIMA Ventures, IHFC-IIT Delhi, NSRCEL IIM Bangalore, SINE IIT Bombay, IIT Madras Incubation Cell, and nasscom AI and People+AI.
