Personalized autonomous solutions
Creative Synergies Group thoroughly understood the customer’s mandate and assembled a highly talented multidisciplinary team with expertise in product design, embedded systems, robotics, autonomous navigation and machine vision. They created innovative approaches and designed the concept from the ground up.
Creative Synergies Group analyzed feature and functionality and finalized it in consultation with the customer from BOM price, market competition, and serviceability points of view. The brand considered multiple top competitors for this analysis. They conducted the system engineering work in collaboration with the customer, considering a long-term product strategy in mind.
Creative Synergies Group designed the hardware for the robot’s controller and its charging mechanism, and developed the controller software based on ROS. They also developed various navigation modes for the robot with the help of the sensor units. Many ROS modules such as Navigation Stack, Hector SLAM, and Geometry MSG were used and the mechanical components were 3D printed for the prototype.
Creative Synergies Group’s engineers completed lab and field testing of the prototype at their facility in India. The brand is currently working on cloud-based fleet management, routing, collision avoidance, and dynamic path planning applications.
The customer rated Creative Synergies Group’s final deliverables at 9.5/10 for innovation and considered them one of their top global partners.
“We approached Creative Synergies Group to build a Mobile Robot that could compete with the best OEMs in the business. We sought a successful design that was affordable, feature-rich, and functional. We were intrigued with Creative Synergies Group’s sensor fusion technology, which allows the robot to conform and operate in various ways. We were pleased by their skill in creating a variety of sensor-based navigation modes for the Robot. They used a combination of ROS modules, including Geometry MSG, Hector SLAM, and Navigation Stack, to give the robot a clever and adaptable solution. Their significant innovations in cloud-based fleet management, routing, collision avoidance, and dynamic path planning stand out from the crowd and demonstrate their leadership in digital transformation. We are looking forward to a long-term collaborative partnership with Creative Synergies Group to help us in realizing our vision for the future,” said the customer, a leading European OEM.
