What recent innovations or advancements has Maxvolt Energy made in lithium-ion battery technology?
From equipping electric vehicles to enlightening portable lights to culminating solar energy to empowering consumer electronics, Maxvolt Energy Industries Pvt Ltd is reinforcing the modern technological world, which is dynamic as well as disruptive. We’re working towards the development of a fast charging solution which will help the customer to have a sufficient range in a short span of time. Currently, we are in the prototype development phase, and the final product will be launched phase-wise in the market by the end of 2024. In the 1st phase, we’re bringing the charging time to 2 hours and in 2nd it will be reduced to 1 hour.

How does Maxvolt Energy ensure the quality and performance of its lithium-ion batteries?

Being a futuristic organisation, Maxvolt believes in investing in research and development to stay at the forefront of lithium battery technology, offering innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations. We have multiple testing stages of raw materials as well as the finished goods. In terms of raw material, we have internal as well as external quality check parameters. We also have 3rd party testing before dispatch from the manufacturers’ factory. On receiving these materials from vendors’ sites, we do IQC of every single lot.

In terms of finished goods, we have very strict pack manufacturing parameters. We grade every single cell and pack both so that we have a total understanding of the initial and final output of the pack.
