1. Can you provide a brief overview of Space Creattors Heights and its vision in the real estate and office space industry?

Ans. Space Creattors Heights, is a fairly new name in the co working and flexi office space but an established brand in residential real estate. Our ethos is centered on fostering communities and providing members an environment to prosper and this came into being when we launched our Flagship 500-Seater Coworking Office Space covering 25,000 sq. ft. at Golf Course Extension, Sector 67, Gurgaon. This year, at Good Earth Business Bay 1, Sector 58, Gurgaon, we opened our second 600-seater elite coworking office space, which spans 33,000 square feet. We have our most opulent center which we are calling the Work Club, coming up in Mega Mall on the Golf Course Road in Gurgaon. As a young and growing brand we have aspirations to create a footprint both nationally and internationally.

2. In what ways does Space Creattors Heights leverage technology to foster community engagement among its co-working members?

Ans. Most of our day to day functions and procedures are technology led and each passing day this penetration of tech is increasing in not just our industry but all across. Our meeting rooms are always in demand and usage by our clients and considering the fact that we have numerous clients under one roof, the management of bookings is a huge task in itself. Efficacious management of these meeting rooms is done through our own app based on a credit system ensuring no conflict and peaceful co-existence. Further, the daily feedback or complaints of our clients are also managed through a tech platform. By incorporating tech into the grievances, trouble shooting and solutions we make sure that problems are solved with any fuss of human intervention.

3. Are there digital platforms or tools that facilitate networking and collaboration within the co-working community?

Ans.  We have many features built in our app that encourage interaction among our clients. This app broadcasts information relevant to all in the form of a mini newsletter. The app also carries the information of all events happening across all our centers, ensuring unremitting information flow. There is also a feature through which clients can provide suggestions and share ideas to improve the status quo. As we house people who are subject matter experts on various subjects, this app often helps bridge a demand and supply situation. For example an interior designer sitting in my center is seeking legal advice, she / he can find that in the same premises through the tech platform.

4. How was technology integrated into the design of Space Creattors Heights, especially considering its industrial design aesthetic?

Ans. Technology has a significant influence on design aesthetics, and it is utilised to harness technical innovations to produce results that satisfy practical needs while also striking a visual and emotional chord with consumers. Starting from 3D modeling and rendering software with use of advanced digital tools we have been tech aficionados. We liberally use Computer- Aided Design to minimize the scope of errors and maximize the accuracies of designs. We welcome the application of smart materials, which can improve both form and function by adding fluid and experiential features to the design, such as shape memory alloys or color-changing polymers.

5. What collaborative technology solutions are available within the building to foster communication and collaboration among tenants?

Ans. A smooth and integrated technology infrastructure is necessary to promote communication and teamwork in shared workspaces. Additionally in today’s time and age everyone is seeking seamless procedures that are online with lesser human intervention which eventually means lesser room for error. We have developed our own apps for our clients which not only meet their day to day requirements, help them with frequent trouble shooting but also provides a community platform to interact with other clients. Information about events and gatherings is also disseminated through these apps. The idea like I said, is about fostering a community that can solicit information, make announcements, fulfil requisites and create an online eco-system that supports them.

6. Are there any innovative workspace technologies implemented within the office spaces of Space Creattors Heights?
Ans. Of course, it is not an option but an absolute necessity for a co working to have workspace technologies for not just the on board clients but also inter office working. We at Space Creattors Heights have a few applications catering to different functions and needs of the clients and staff. Some of them are used for entry/exit and parking because safety at workplace is a priority for us. One of the apps is for booking of board rooms and meeting rooms which is basis credit points that are allocated to all clients to avoid any duplicity and confusion. While a robust offline support system is in place in each of our centers, all of the functions are availed through an online platform for optimal clarity and efficiency.
