  1. Tell us about yourself and your thought process behind creating a space for Hi-tech product creation and manufacturing in India.

I stared my career in nuclear industry and believe in self-reliance. Working in multi nationals has helped in gaining experience in building High Tech products for global markets. India has large pool of talent in product design and engineering and however, there are only few products which have succeeded in global markets. As an entrepreneur, when I was building products for global markets, faced many hurdles in product and market fitment, market access and manufacturing. During those days, I was thinking what if there is a trusted platform to reach out and get my product goals get realized.

So, as I started discussing with like-minded people and my partners, we discovered that there were numerous hurdles that the government, universities, inventors, business leaders, investors, technology, and domain specialists are facing while delivering high-tech products to global markets.

This is due to the fact that product development is a high-risk enterprise. Furthermore, it necessitates large investments, multidisciplinary talent, infrastructure, and market access in order to achieve success. Any failure in one or more areas is likely to result in overspending, talent loss, and, ultimately, the downfall of the entire business.

This is what prompted us to establish a one-of-a-kind ecosystem targeted at promoting high-tech product development, market access, and manufacturing. This cutting-edge ecosystem is a destination for ambitious product developers and manufacturers looking for a one-stop shop for product launchpad services.

  1. What does Posspole do and what are its contributions so far in the advancing technology industry?

  1. What are some of the challenges you faced in the initial years of Posspole and How did you overcome them?

When we were first starting up, every potential client and investor thought that creating an open and dynamic environment was an unrealistic and a distant dream. Their reservations stemmed from concerns such as the fact that no reference of such ecosystem anywhere outside, difficulties in acceptance in India, very complex system and so on.

Furthermore, because this form of ecosystem was a very fresh and unique concept, investors dismissed it as an impossible proposition. We had a long-term vision for the dynamic ecosystem, and we were confident that it would help new enterprises create high-tech products and introduce them to worldwide markets.

We began to engage with a large number of credential customers, stakeholders, innovators, manufacturers, and government officials to learn about their concerns. The difficulties were multifaceted and contradicting. The ecosystem was created as a result of our faith in new possibilities, opportunities, confidence in realizing them and endurance.

  1. How has been the growth of Posspole till now? Mention some of the notable projects that Posspole has delivered.

The company’s global impact is evident in its strategic initiatives. Posspole actively engaged in global collaborations and has established the San Francisco-Bangalore sister city center. This initiative fosters cross-border collaboration, integrating products, solutions, and project development between the two cities. Notably, Posspole has secured partnerships with manufacturing units within a swift 45 days, showcasing its agility and strategic acumen. The ambitious plan to establish manufacturing hubs on 5,000 acres of land aligns with its vision, supported by a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Andhra Pradesh government for the Food Tech City in the Anantapur district. Posspole has also recently signed an MOU with GBSA (Gyeonggi Business & Science Accelerator) marking the beginning of a successful collaboration between India and South Korea.

  1. What is the USP of Posspole and how is it different from the other competitors in the market?

The unique selling point for Posspole is the community of highly talented passionate professionals who have vast experience in diversified fields, manufactures with facilities and machines and government and companies who are keen to address their business and social needs using products, services and solutions.

What distinguishes us from the other competitors in the market, is not only the speed with which we realize and demonstrate groundbreaking products and solutions but also our adaptability.   1. Tell us more about the vision you have for the future of Posspole, in the upcoming 5-10 years.

Our vision is to be a destination for High Tech product creation, Manufacturing and Global Market access. We shall be the neutral ecosystem where some one from remote place of Europe contributing for product development of African company which will be manufactured in India for a Japanese customer.

Posspole envisions itself as a global leader in high-tech product development, manufacturing, market access, and innovation over the next 5-7 years.

Global expansion strategy includes the expanding in major cities within India as the primary focus and expanding to other cities of East, Europe, Middle East, US and Canada.

We anticipate that the market will recognize the value of our ecosystem, as well as our dedication to accelerating product innovation, product creation, manufacturing, sustainability, and economic growth.
