IESA Applauds Prime Minister Modi’s Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony for 3 Semiconductor Projects at ‘India’s Techade
- IESA Joins Celebration in Semiconductor Industry as 15-Year Vision Comes to Fruition
The India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) stands at the forefront of celebrating a significant milestone in the semiconductor industry, as Prime Minister Modi laid the Foundation Stone for three semiconductor projects at ‘India’s Techade’. This event marks the realization of a 15-year vision envisioned by IESA to establish India as a prominent semiconductor hub on the global stage.
The Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of three semiconductor projects were done in, Dholera Special Investment Region, Sanand, and Morigaon, Assam, attended by IESA leaders witnessing this big moment. IESA’s relentless efforts and strategic initiatives have played a crucial role in shaping this transformative landscape. Today, on the landmark day of the Industry, IESA leaders were present at all major places where the step has been taken to make India Semiconductor self-reliant.
Mr. Ashok Chandak, President of IESA, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “”Charkha to chips – world record created,” with the foundation laying ceremony at three plants within 15 days of approvals. This momentous occasion signifies years of dedication and perseverance. IESA is proud to have shaped India’s semiconductor ecosystem, realizing our vision.
