The 11th Innovation and E-Summit, held by Aditya Group of Institutions, focuses on cultivating a creative mindset
AIMSR (Aditya Institute of Management Studies and Research – Mumbai) )and ASBM (Aditya School of Business Management) co-hosted the 11th Innovation & E-Summit in conjunction with the celebration of International Women’s Day. The event’s centrepiece was presentations by successful entrepreneurs such as Mr. Sairaj Dhond of Wakao Foods and Mr. Roshan Mishra of Brandsdaddy, who appeared on the TV show “Shark Tank.” Mr. Sairaj Dhond imparted his invaluable entrepreneurial experience by detailing his life before and after Shark Tank India and offering genuine observations. His presentation was highly excellent and will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on all of the students. Mr. Roshaan V Mishra captivated the crowd with his novel innovation, the Auto Fire Extinguisher. He emphasised the role of entrepreneurship in bridging market gaps and developing solutions that have a genuine impact. Additionally, MCA students spoke on automating HR operations using Robotics Process Automation (RPA), which was well received by industry speakers. These students were required to implement their model across MSMEs.

Mr. Sumant Sood, Head of Innovation at Titan Company Ltd, emphasised the necessity of understanding creativity, invention, and commercialising a creative concept in order to be considered innovative. The event included a panel discussion on “Developing an Innovative Mindset in Future Entrepreneurs,” conducted by Dr. Sunita Srivastava. Mr. Vijay Kaulgud from Capgemini, Mr. Yuvraj Mehta from StrateRise Consulting Pvt Ltd, Mr. Ranjith Bhanu, Associate VP, Relevance Lab, Mr. Prashant Donde, Founder, Tijori.ai Securing Family Legacies, Ms. Mona Shetty Ghosh, Founder & Director, Sound & Vision Studios, Mr. Amit Sharma, Co-Founder, M-care & Sault, and Ms. Lalita Carolena Misquitta, Founder, Laura’s were among the panellists.
The ceremony concluded with Principals receiving “Innovation in Education” Awards and the acknowledgment of around 35 AGI women achievers. Dr. A.S. Suresh Iyer, Director of ASBM, proposed the vote of gratitude. Congratulations to Teams AIMSR and ASBM on the success of the event!
