Today, with technology transforming the way businesses operate, the need to find the right talent equipped with the right skill sets has become the need of the hour. This, in turn, has made it imperative for working professionals – both experienced and the recent entrants – to acquire the requisite skills to safeguard future growth and success for a fulfilled career.

In the Future of Jobs 2023 report by the World Economic Forum, more than 85 percent of respondents believe that increased use of new technologies and improved digital access are the top trends in reshaping their workplace.

It goes beyond that, and it is more about understanding the tools we use. Once you cancan solve it, you can make full use of the tools and are probably more efficient and productive in deploying tech tools to uncover solutions.
