While disparities in pay persist, with 38% of women reporting dissatisfaction with their compensation compared to 33% of men, they continue to drive innovation and bring about positive change within the sector.

Innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship serve as vital drivers for promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment. These sectors pave the way for their advancement as they tend to expand women’s access to education and socio-economic opportunities, Empowered women, in return, contribute valuable skills, talent, and market insights, thereby unleashing substantial economic potential. To further facilitate the advancement of women in technical roles, companies can enhance their support by offering opportunities for skill diversification and providing structured guidance for their professional growth. Leaders can spearhead this effort by ingraining the goal of gender equality into the foundation of every new business venture and project. Consistently monitoring and increasing the presence of women in leadership positions can serve as a driving force toward achieving this objective.
