Trehan Home Developers announces salary raise for 1100 employees from 22nd January 2024
Rajasthan-based realty developer Trehan Home Developers announced a salary increment of Rs 501 for 1100 employees working for the organization on the same day as the Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha ceremony was held. The edict has been in effect since 22nd January, in an earnest attempt to show reverence towards Lord Ram and to encourage employees to bring their best performance to date.
Trehan Home Developers organized a Shri Ram Mandir Garbh Griha establishment ceremony on 22nd January coinciding with the pious Ayodhya Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony at the Community Ground of Nirvana Country in Sector 50, Gurugram. The auspicious event marked a special Sandhya Kirtan and Bhajan performance by popular Mathura-based artists, invigorating feelings of palpable devotion and divine consciousness among those present.
Sharing his thoughts, Harsh Trehan, CMD, Trehan Home Developers, stated, “The Ram Mandir Pran Pratistha at Ayodhya is a glorious chapter in the civilizational history of India, rejoicing and uniting Indians across the country and abroad. We organized the Shri Ram Mandir Garbh Griha establishment ceremony in full zest which brought devotees together to listen to Bhajans, remember Lord Ram, and chant His name. The entire event was transfigured by a numinous divinity and omnipresence of Lord Ram. The Bhandara organized by the devotees for the poor and needy brought into life the values of kindness and munificence, which are the emblems of Lord Ram.”
The Garbh Griha establishment ceremony was followed by Prasad distribution and Bhandara for devotees. Along with the invitation to the event, the devotees were requested to light 10 lamps on that day gifted as a token of the nationwide celebration of the advent of Lord Ram in Ayodhya.
Continuing, he said, “We announced a salary upraise for our employees to gladden their celebrations and motivate them to outperform themselves in the new year. Our move was warmly appreciated by the employees and we are very happy to see their smiling faces on this grand occasion.”
