At present, ALYF does not leverage blockchain technology. However, as our expansion continues, our objective is to integrate it into our smart ownership ecosystem, thereby enhancing our holiday home investment platform to a larger and more streamlined scale.

This tech-savvy approach not only adds convenience but also increases property value, attracting buyers as majority seek modern living spaces.

In under a year of operation, we’ve fostered a community that not only places its trust in ALYF for holiday home investments but also eagerly anticipates exciting investment prospects. One of our most notable accomplishments to date was the virtual launch, sale, and inauguration of the entire Calangute Apartments project in Goa within a mere 60 days. This process entirely omitted physical site visits or in-person meetings, unfolding seamlessly. This success strengthened our confidence in our approach, subsequently enabling us to launch numerous other projects virtually in locations such as Goa, Lonavala, and Alibaug.
