• Please enlighten our readers about your venture; what is the thought or inspiration behind the same?

Ans – BramhAnsh Technologies Private Limited is a pioneering MedTech company committed to revolutionizing the healthcare sector by offering advanced medical devices designed to address various conditions like headaches, anxiety, insomnia, migraines, and more. Our organization is deeply dedicated to a mission of reshaping healthcare through innovative, clinical-grade wearable medical technologies, aiming to improve patient outcomes and elevate the global quality of life.

The inspiration for our journey ignited in 2015 when I, Jaideep Tiwari, the Founder and CEO of BramhAnsh Technologies, personally confronted an anxiety disorder and the need for treatment. Instead of succumbing to this challenge, my friend K. Kartik, Co-founder and COO of BramhAnsh Technologies, and I decided to harness the power of technology to tackle mental health issues. Building on a history of collaboration and shared interests dating back to our college days, we embarked on a mission to establish a company that would leverage technology to provide relief for a wide range of disorders. As emerging young entrepreneurs from a small town in Chhattisgarh, we carried a bold vision.

Our official journey commenced in 2017 when we initiated extensive research into the development of a technology utilizing sound waves as a method of stimulation to soothe the nervous system. After countless hours of research, unwavering dedication, and hard work, we successfully created this groundbreaking technology. In 2020, we proudly received a patent for our innovation, which we named “MIGRAELIEF.”

• How is BramhAnsh Technologies revolutionizing the MedTech industry; What are its key USPs?

Ans – BramhAnsh Technologies is at the forefront of revolutionizing the MedTech sector by harnessing advanced technology that utilizes specialized low-frequency sound waves capable of effectively transmitting through skin and bone. Our approach incorporates Neuromodulation techniques to stimulate nerve activity, inspired by a growing body of research on sound wave-based treatments. We’ve successfully developed a clinically validated solution that sets new standards for effectiveness. What sets us apart is our patented technology, which not only provides treatment but also offers preventive capabilities.

Our key USP is evident in our products, which distinguish themselves in the market for their affordability and exceptional performance, addressing the limitations of existing treatment methods. They are renowned for their user-friendliness, portability, cost-effectiveness, and consistent delivery of outstanding results. As a company, we are steadfast in our commitment to continuous innovation and have plans to introduce more innovative technologies to the MedTech industry. We are acknowledged as leaders in the MedTech field because we prioritize making our products accessible, user-friendly, and of the highest quality. • What are the Challenges faced by your company in developing this product?

Ans – As a startup, we have encountered substantial obstacles during the development of our product. A major hurdle revolved around sourcing fabrication vendors and suppliers for manufacturing the essential components needed for their patented transducer technology. The primary challenge was identifying suppliers willing to produce these components at a cost that was within a reasonable budget. This issue emerged because the majority of vendors typically demanded large orders to kickstart any production run. Nevertheless, as a research-oriented company, BramhAnsh Technologies had limited resources and couldn’t rationalize substantial expenses on sample pieces.

• What according to you is the future of HealthTech with respect to sound waves in India in the next 2-3 years?

Ans – Over the next 2-3 years, the landscape of HealthTech in India is poised for a transformation, particularly in the realm of sound wave-based treatment. One of the most promising developments is the broader adoption of non-invasive treatments that employ sound waves to address various health conditions. Devices like MIGRAELIEF, which uses sound waves to provide relief from migraines, represent a shift toward non-pharmacological, patient-friendly solutions. These therapies are expected to be embraced by individuals seeking alternatives to conventional treatments and medications, especially those concerned about side effects.

Furthermore, the future of HealthTech is likely to witness the emergence of more advanced medical devices leveraging sound wave technology. These innovations are anticipated to deliver precise and effective therapies for a range of health issues, going beyond migraine management. As the efficacy of sound wave-based treatments becomes increasingly evident, we can also expect closer integration with traditional medical practices. Our relentless commitment to this vision is driven by continuous innovation, extensive research, and dedicated development efforts. We are excited to introduce two revolutionary products that utilize patented sound wave technology to address the needs of individuals dealing with hypertension and hearing loss.

• Soonyam: Soonyam utilizes biofeedback to provide users with valuable insights into their mental activity. It is an invaluable tool for meditation and psychological counselling, significantly improving mental health and promoting a more balanced lifestyle.
• Bone Conducting Hearing Aid: Our hearing aid is specifically designed to address certain types of hearing loss that traditional hearing aids struggle to manage. By transmitting sound through bone, it offers an effective solution for hearing challenges that regular hearing aids cannot adequately address.
