Mantra is a leading real estate developer which has been in the market for 16 years and has a portfolio of 12 completed projects and 18 ongoing projects in Pune. The firm began its operations in the housing sector, focused on providing affordable houses for everybody. Mantra has grown with its customers, instilling trust and confidence in the brand. Customer trust drove the expansion from affordable homes to luxury residences.
Mantra’s foray into the luxury property development business was motivated by a desire to offer more than just houses. Overall, green building technology aims to create healthier, more resource-efficient buildings that reduce carbon emissions, conserve natural resources, and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Currently, we utilize innovative Aluminum formwork technology in all our projects, ensuring both speed and sustainability. However, as for green building technology, it’s an area we’re exploring for future implementation. Currently, there aren’t many players incorporating green building practices in India, but it’s something we’re actively considering as part of our commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible development.

Emerging technologies such as AI/IoT are poised to transform luxury real estate development by facilitating personalized living experiences tailored to individual preferences. Through AI, homes can adapt to residents’ needs, while IoT enables seamless connectivity and automation.
