Our vision for HROne was to simplify and automate the most complex HR operations and free up time and mental space to help HR unlock their highest potential, focus more on people and strategy and build outstanding workplaces.

The vision for the company furthermore is to become the go-to HCM suite which is trusted and recommended by HRs globally.

How has HROne grown and evolved since its inception in 2016? Can you share some key milestones and achievements?

Since our establishment in 2016, HROne has experienced remarkable growth and evolution.

We have expanded our customer base, successfully onboarded over 900 organizations across various industries, and forged strategic partnerships.

Key milestones include product enhancements, recognition in the top 3 global HCM software for the enterprise, and #3 easy-to-use HRMS worldwide by G2 and consistently high ratings from trusted review sites like  Gartner and more.

A Trailblazing Journey from Humble Beginnings to Market Leadership

2016 , 2017, 2018 , 2019, 2020-23

2016: June 15 

Started as a bootstrapped venture in a small Noida basement office with 20 employees.

2017: Feb 23

Acquired the first 50 customers with just 3 HR modules, and moved to a bigger infrastructure in Delhi-NCR.

2018: March 07

Expanded offerings to a comprehensive HRMS solution with ESS enabled. Opened branch offices in Mumbai and Hyderabad.

2019: June 09

Relaunched the product as “HROne Inbox” with new features, UI, and tech stability. Acquired 200 additional customers, raising the count to 500.

2020: Aug 17

Doubled the workforce count to 150 and witnessed 200% growth in annual revenues during the pandemic.

2021: Nov 27

Reached 700+ clients pan-India, with offices and hybrid teams in 9 states.

2022: Feb 06

Raised $4MN in Series A funding from Insitor Partners and Prudent Investment Managers. Launched Project Management PSA suite for service clients.

2023: Mar 24

Recognized as one of the top market leaders in HCM solutions by Gartner, G2, and Software Suggest. Reached over 1000 customers.
