  1. FuelBuddy’s Women Energy Consultant Program is a remarkable initiative aimed at empowering women. Can you tell us more about the program and how it contributes to the energy industry while promoting gender equality?

The Energy Consultant program is a unique initiative, not just in the energy space but at large in the industry. This program not only actively encourages and enables women to contribute to one of the most diverse, and fastest-growing industries, but also builds an enriching career in the space. We are enhancing the existing 8% female representation by actively recruiting and appointing women in roles as Energy Consultants. Through this program, women can develop and hone their skills across sales and marketing in doorstep diesel delivery, an area that has historically been controlled by men.

Diversity and inclusion, in our opinion, are crucial for fostering innovation and long-lasting change in today’s fast-paced business environment.

 

  1. Balancing household responsibilities and professional aspirations can be challenging for many women. How does the Women Energy Consultant Program at FuelBuddy address this issue and provide financial independence to homemakers and mothers?

Many women find it extremely difficult to balance their family duties with their career objectives. By enabling stay-at-home moms and homemakers the chance to become financially independent, our Women Energy Consultant Programme solves this issue. As a result, these women have the freedom to manage their families and careers while still working on their own terms.
