  1. What is the idea of starting the Sociallknot?

The idea to start Sociallknot stemmed from my marketing background and years of experience in advertising. After quitting my job, I started using social media for personal expression and noticed the dynamics of marketing were changing with social media gaining popularity. This led me to start content creation and after four years of creating quality and relevant content, I began receiving freelance projects from brands. With these projects, I realized the need for an agency that would bridge the gap between brands and influencers while giving due credit to content creators. This is how the concept of Sociallknot was born in January of this year.

 

  1. Tell us something about the company and the team members

Sociallknot is a social media marketing vertical of TIMECODE SOLUTIONS, decade old experiential marketing agency with a strong legacy of working with global clients .

Our social media marketing vertical consists of a core team of 15-20 members, and we also work extensively with over 400 freelancers and off role employees across the country and overseas on a project basis to ensure the best work for our clients. We aim to build a team that is multidimensional and able to work on multiple projects, ensuring that creativity is always at the forefront.

 

  1. Tell us your journey of being a social media strategist

I have studied it intensively while working hands-on to build brands through events, brand partnerships, promotions, ideations, and concept creation. With social media platforms gaining popularity, I studied the platform closely and experimented with it while trying to understand consumer psychology. From starting as a social media content developer to bringing in social commerce, I’ve seen the shift and how AI is changing social media. I’ve spent a lot of time understanding how algorithms work, how reach and engagement work, and studied Instagram’s courses and educational materials to stay updated on the platform’s changes. I’ve had ups and downs in the journey, but I’ve always tried to understand each platform’s workings and features to create quality content.

 

  1. What according to you are the trends of social media in the coming year 2023

Sociallknot is an agency that primarily works for influencers, ensuring that their creativity and ideas are given due credit in terms of money, efforts, and social media engagement. We also work with brands to provide quality content that resonates with their audience and brand ethics. Our services include social media marketing, influencer marketing, content creation, social commerce, and analytics to measure the success of our campaigns.

Here are two trends that we predict for social media in 2023 are an increased focus on video content and the growing importance of social media for e-commerce. Social media platforms are already prioritizing video content, and we believe this trend will continue to grow as users increasingly prefer watching video content over reading text. Additionally, social media platforms are becoming more integrated with e-commerce features, allowing brands to create seamless shopping experiences for their customers directly on social media.

It has also created concerns around privacy, bias, and the spread of misinformation. While AI has the potential to enhance user experiences, it is important to balance its use with ethical considerations and accountability.
