In my opinion, the field of game technology hasn’t received much attention from young people lately. But, with the advancements in technology and the widespread availability of high-speed internet, the gaming industry has seen tremendous growth. As a result, there is now a growing demand for professionals skilled in game design and development.
In order to thrive in the fast-paced and dynamic world of online gaming, aspiring professionals must possess a broad spectrum of skills, ranging from technical proficiency and innovation to creative thinking and effective communication. In-depth knowledge of the gaming landscape, an awareness of emerging trends, and a deep passion for the industry can all be key differentiators in a highly competitive market.

We use unity gaming engine to build our games with a real time web socket layer for backend communication and sync. Utilising state-of-the-art technology, our team of over 100 engineers designs highly scalable, optimised, and secure gaming experiences. We take pride in developing real-time games with a plug-and-play platform that can handle over 100,000 concurrent games.
Zupee games are entirely server-controlled, a critical requirement for building real money games and ensuring customer trust. We have developed a game analysis engine, collusion detection model, and fraud detection model to improve the user experience. As a part of our strategy, we aim to integrate customizable features and personalised experiences in our games to enhance the overall gaming experience.

The gaming industry has undergone significant changes in recent years due to technological advancements, which have transformed the way customers experience games. Also, NPS and CSAT are one of the most important and traditional metrics we don’t rely solely on them. We believe it is also important to use appropriate analytics tools to gather, analyse, and interpret data. These tools may include customer feedback tools, customer journey mapping, customer segmentation, and other similar tools.
