91Springboard opens 800-seater Platinum coworking space in Baner, Pune

The premium space is 91Springboard’s 27th hub in the country, and second in Pune

The state-of-the-art hub is located in the city’s fastest growing business district

Baner hub launch reflects company’s ambitious growth plans, says CEO Anshu Sarin

91Springboard, one of the leading coworking space providers in India, has opened the doors to its new Platinum Hub in Baner, Pune. Spread over 32,000 square feet in the city’s fastest-growing business district, this is a state-of-the-art offering that reflects the company’s focused and ambitious growth plans.

This is 91Springboard’s 27th hub in the country, and the third of four new spaces they’re launching in 2023, proving that they’ve put the stresses the industry faced through the pandemic well and truly behind them.

The hub, that can seat over 800 members, is bound to generate a buzz among small and large enterprises in the city for a couple of reasons:

–         Prime location: The hub is situated at Sadanand Business Centre in Baner, in the heart of the city’s most Enterprise-friendly district, right on the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway, and just 10 minutes from Balewadi High Street.

–        State-of-the-art coworking facilities: 91Springboard’s Platinum hubs are at par with the best in the business in terms of design, comfort, lighting, sound-control. Add to this the hospitality and warmth 91Springboard’s spaces are known for, and this becomes an irresistible offering.

Also, for the first time in Pune, 91Springboard is offering ‘Team Rooms’: this allows companies to customise their space to look and feel like a dedicated office within the hub, with cabins, meeting rooms, dedicated access and more based on their requirements.

The fact that this is 91Springboard’s second hub in the city – after the one in Creaticity, Yerwada – reinforces Pune’s status as a popular destination for startups, as well as medium-to-large enterprises.

Commenting on the hub opening, newly appointed CEO Anshu Sarin, said, “The Baner hub opening is a continuation of our focussed and ambitious growth plans to provide state-of-the-art support to both our large enterprise clients and the vibrant start-up community across the country. We’re committed to working closely with our partners – from consultants and brokerage firms to property owners and other key stakeholders – so that we can provide our customers with an unparalleled workplace experience.”
