Gurgaon based Campus 365, one of India’s leading cloud-based solutions providers to schools and colleges to manage and track their daily activities today announced to onboard more than 2000+ schools by FY-2024 nationally and internationally. Out of 2000, the startup aims to target more than 1000+ schools from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and eying a net revenue of USD 1 Million.

The objective behind collaborating with more schools is to provide proper instructional techniques, the students will be able to learn more and understand easily and enhance their academic performances. There is a lack of creative and skill-based schooling. Nearly all professions in today’s world require innovation, creative thinking, flexibility, and practicality. With this collaboration, the startup aims to establish a school management system automotive where one can take insightful reports, Make better & faster decisions.

The technology built by Campus 365 can help campuses and schools in Paperless admission, the automation of Fees management, getting real time updates on daily attendance, staying directly connected with parents and Library management. Not only this, it also offers mock online exams, Live classes, study material etc. The startup is not only solving the problems of Teachers & Schools but Students and parents etc.

Speaking on the expansion plan, Mayank Singh, Co-founder and CEO, Campus 365 said, “The Education is undergoing change as the globe adopts a tech-first mind-set. With this behaviour, today schools and institutions have started changing their traditional agendas to Cloud based solutions. By providing end to end solutions to all education players, Campus 365 has now become India’s largest all-in-one app for teachers, schools, and coaching institutes to manage their online and offline classrooms in one place.”

“To make every K-12 school and other campuses smarter, we are now looking to collaborate with more than 2000 schools and in five years, we will be looking to target 30,000 institutes.” he added.

Last year, the Educational technology start-up Campus 365 raised INR 21.5 million in seed funding, led by Angel Investors based out of Bangalore. The round of funding was used by the company to accelerate the development and rollout of new product offerings, increase its school network in Tier II and III cities, hire talent across domains, and make strategic acquisitions.

They offer automatic attendance, GPS tracking, timetable automation for both students & teachers, online content to strengthen the knowledge of the students and teachers. They are are closing their books at 4.2 Cr annual revenue with 75% Gross margins.

After 5 years, their aim is to see themselves as an ecosystem where the new users have to get into it just by plugging into it.
By January 2026, Campus 365 is looking to onboard 15K institutions from India, Saudi Arabia, Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, and Zambia), and Singapore from a cumulative TAM of 2Mn Institutions and SAM of 520K Institutions. They are in talks of closing Pre-Series A (Bridge round) which they will close in next 2 Years.
