CIEL Group, a full spectrum HR solutions provider, announces signing of definitive agreements with Aargee Staffing Services Private Limited to purchase 100% equity stake in the company. Aargee is an IT Staffing company renowned for its expertise in the tech staffing industry. This strategic acquisition, 4th in the last 1 year, signifies another stride in CIEL’s pursuit of growth objectives and its IPO plans. This acquisition will help CIEL further enhance its professional staffing service offering by providing the best-suited IT and Engineering talent tailored to the clients’ needs.
