Great Place To Work India Launches National Trust Index to Revolutionize Workplace Culture in India
- It empowers Indian employees to shape the future of workplaces
- Great Place To Work’s National Trust Index is launched virtually on 1st May 2023 to capture employees’ perception of workplace culture
The job market in the past few years has undergone a drastic change. Today’s workforce is more aware of their wants from their employers, and they are not shy anymore to switch if their wants are not met. But what exactly is it that today’s employees want? Keeping this change in view, Great Place To Work® India, a global authority on workplace culture, has launched the National Trust Index©, a national-level survey that captures the real voice of millions of corporate employees across India. Launched virtually on 1st May 2023, the survey is designed to articulate the current state of workplace culture across India.
The National Trust Index is a shortened and contextually appropriate version of our proprietary instrument (Trust Index™). It seeks responses from across different areas of experience at the workplace that indicate the levels of trust among employees. It will provide unparalleled insights into how employees perceive the organization based on the quality of their workplace experience across demographics, states, and industries.
Yeshasvini Ramaswamy, Serial Enterpreneur and CEO, Great Place To Work India said, “We believe that leaders who continue to sustain inclusive workplaces with a ‘for all’ mindset will play a crucial role in creating a thriving economy for India, as workplaces are microcosms of our society, with every employee also a citizen. This initiative is the first step towards shaping the future of the Indian workforce and make India future ready as we navigate gig, hybrid, global, hyperconnected worlds. It is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all, and we encourage everyone to participate.”
The survey will be administered through an online platform, ensuring complete anonymity of the data collected, and will include a comprehensive set of questions that provide tangible insights into employees’ perceptions.
Participating in the survey and sharing thoughts will contribute to policy advocacy as an important voice in mapping decisions on workplace culture across industries and government bodies.
“The National Trust Index is a nationwide survey that seeks to understand the perceptions and experiences of employees in their workplace. It is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all, and we encourage everyone to participate. The survey is crucial in shaping the future of India in terms of great workplaces and help them innovate to welcome future generations. Thank you in advance for your participation, and we look forward to sharing some exciting insights with you soon,” added Ms. Yeshasvini
