The Global Senior Leadership Program with IIM Lucknow is designed to help high-potential business leaders transition to C-suite executives. It is the ideal choice for those aspiring to become Chief Financial Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, and Chief Human Resource Officers. The course spreads over 11 months, and its key offerings include building a solid theoretical foundation focused on core management skills, which eases the journey of vertical progression, the opportunity to network with peers worldwide, 11 masterclasses by experts in the field, 2 campus immersions of 5 days each and a 2-day executive conference in Dubai.
The 21st General Management Executive Program, in collaboration with IIM Ahmedabad, is a flagship course for working professionals with a five-year work experience after graduation and those willing to secure management positions. The institution employs a case method pedagogy focused on learning through peer interaction and simulation of real-life business challenges. The duration of the course would be seven months, and it includes a 10-day on-campus immersion out of which 6 days will be in Dubai and 4 days on the campus of IIM Ahmedabad
