In this pivotal role, Mr. Sadanandan will leverage his extensive experience to address complex challenges in travel risk management, Workplace safety, business continuity, Organisation resilience, threat intelligence and duty of care.
Exemplary Leadership Background: As an industry acknowledged thought leader, CTS brings in a wealth of experience of close to four decades in varied roles and responsibilities across diverse industries, the most recent as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Services, BCM & CSR at Tata Communications. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in establishing a robust Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework globally, navigating unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. His leadership was instrumental in ensuring business continuity across 30+ countries, earning recognition at both the group and industry levels. He is also credited with the conceptualization and successful implementation of a Global Emergency Response framework for the organization under the duty of care approach. CTS has acquired extensive experience in crisis management during a decade long stint with the Indian Army, in the early part of his career wherein he was part of the peace keeping mission in Sri Lanka and with elite National Security Guard (Black Cat Commandos)
