In this role, Mayank will be responsible for driving the company’s human resources strategies, fostering a culture of growth and innovation, and ensuring the success and well-being of 1300+ M2Peers spread across 20+ International markets.

With an exceptional career spanning over two decades, Mayank Kapoor brings with him a wealth of experience in human resources and organizational development. With a track record of designing and implementing strategic people initiatives, Mayank is poised to lead M2P Fintech’s efforts in attracting top talent, enhancing employee engagement, and nurturing a collaborative work environment. His most recent role at FreeCharge as its Head of Human Resources & Administration, he led the entire spectrum of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, Organizational Design, and the creation of an Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Mayank’s strategic vision played a pivotal role in the design, implementation, management, and continuous enhancement of enterprise-wide HR practices.
