MassMutual India has received the prestigious Great Place to Work-Certified™ certification in India for the year 2022-2023 (from December 2022 to December 2023)
The certification was accomplished within two and a half years of operations in India. This is a recognition of MassMutual’s excellent workplace culture, where employees feel valued, engaged, treated fairly, trust the organization, and have a sense of pride & belonging. This is the 1st time the organization has been Certified™.
