Randstad India makes new appointments to strengthen its management team in India and APAC

  • The talent company has made three new appointments in three different verticals

Randstad India, one of the largest organizations in the HR services industry, strengthens their India management team with the appointment of Nittin Nangia as Chief Sales Officer, Revathi Raghunath as Chief Marketing Officer, and Anand Vaitheeswaran as Chief Information Officer for Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Nittin Nangia brings over 22 years of rich industry experience in key leadership roles in HR services, leading teams across sales, operations and key account management. His experience, expertise, and proven track record of enabling profitable B2B sales and revenue maximization will be invaluable to Randstad India’s growth plans. As the Chief Sales Officer of Randstad India, Nittin will be responsible for spearheading the company’s sales strategy, and empowering Randstad’s sales & key accounts teams to deliver unparalleled value to client partners.

With two decades of experience in marketing and sales leadership, Revathi Raghunath’s appointment as the Chief Marketing Officer is in line with Randstad’s goal of driving operational excellence and establishing world-class offerings for India’s vibrant employment landscape. Revathi will spearhead the planning and execution of the company’s integrated marketing efforts in India. As the CMO of Randstad India, Revathi will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with Randstad’s global marketing vision. Her responsibilities will include driving a harmonized Asia Pacific marketing strategy, while ensuring strong local execution.

Further, the company has also appointed Anand Vaitheeswaran as Chief Information Officer for the APAC region. Anand comes with over 27 years of experience in delivering innovative technology solutions to key business problems for organizations across industries. His experience in driving strategy, managing principal partnerships, establishing and running innovation hubs, building organizational capabilities, managing digital engagements, and offshore teams will be a crucial asset for Randstad. Anand’s deep understanding of new age technologies and cost optimization of IT Operations will play a vital role in sustainably shaping Randstad’s technology landscape, embracing digital transformation, and delivering exceptional value to their customers across the country and in the APAC region.
