Digital Avengers: Empowering Youth with Upskilling for the Digital Employment Universe

Have you ever wondered what it takes to truly conquer the digital world? However, I believe there are several essential soft skills that they need to focus on, especially as we witness an increasing number of jobs being replaced by technology. The average age of employees is 23, and most of the time I marvel at the speed at which they keep abreast of the latest technology. In today’s times, the youth are intuitively digital, making them seem prepared for the future in all ways. However, in my view, there are several softer skills that one needs to focus on as we see a plethora of jobs being replaced by technology.
If digital literacy is the starting point, there are several other complementary skills that need focus. Here are the top 7:
