Technology has played a key role, streamlining reporting and investigation processes for more efficient resolutions. Collaborative platforms and forums have emerged, facilitating the exchange of ideas to address this crucial issue. For instance, we recently hosted a series of Rainmaker All-Inclusive webinars to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the PoSH Law. We had the honour of hosting Social Worker, Bhanwari Devi, whose fight for justice first ignited this movement, along with Vishaka Co-Founder and National President, PUCL, Kavita Srivastava; Delna Elavia, CHRO, Estee Lauder Companies and Kashmeera Prabhu, Head of HR, NOCIL Ltd; and Supreme Court Advocate, Karuna Nundy. We actively participate in all industry initiatives as well, contributing our expertise to empower organizations. This collaborative spirit ensures a unified front against sexual harassment, fostering a culture of shared responsibility within the industry.

3. How have PoSH training programs within the industry proven effective in promoting positive changes in workplace culture?
