Automated Order Processing: Fship offers automated order processing and label generation through its plug and play integration with major e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Unicommerce, and more. This reduces manual data entry errors and speeds up the order fulfilment process.

Fship webhook integration with courier partners empower them to capture non-delivery information in real-time, immediately notification is sent to the buyer via What’s app and email which buyer responds and buyer’s responses are shared to courier partner instantaneously to reattempt shipments for delivery same day or following day.

Notifications– Fship has created a whats app CRM that not only help its user to keep their buyer informed about the status of the shipment but also help them reduce their losses from RTO shipments by reconfirming COD orders and verifying the delivery addresses.

 

What are some of the biggest challenges Fship Logistics has faced, and how have you addressed them?

In the early stages, we faced challenges earning client trust due to the competitive nature of the courier and aggregator market. Sellers were hesitant to partner with us as we handle significant cash on delivery amounts for remittance. Questions arose regarding our technology, ability to improve delivery conversions, and overall client experience. Despite these concerns, we excelled in all areas, implementing robust workflows and metrics internally to monitor and address client performance and issues, resulting in a significant reduction in return-to-origin (RTO for our clients. This positive outcome led to increased referrals and new client acquisitions.

In our inaugural year, we processed more than 50CR in cash on delivery remittance and started offering remittance in just two days (D+2), which further cemented trust with our clients. Now, our satisfied sellers are sharing their positive experiences and recommendations within their communities. it’s also important to note that our churn ratio is the lowest in the industry. This reflects our commitment to offering the best delivery performance and most competitive commercials to our sellers. This combination of reliability and affordability has solidified Fship as a trusted partner in the courier aggregator space.
