1. Can you explain how Calibehr, as a technology-driven HR firm, helps businesses in their quest to recruit the best talent?

Calibehr is a strategic business solutions provider that offers end-to-end solutions for business lifecycle management through the synergies of people, process, and technology. We leverage technology to implement our talent acquisition strategies unique to the client requirements.

Our services of temporary & permanent staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), background verification services, and compliances are unified through technology to optimize recruitment costs delivering quality hires with adherence to turn-around-time (TAT) for our clients.

Calibehr integrates the latest in HR technologies like web scrollers and AI in combination with applicant tracking systems (ATS), video interviewing platforms, and HR analytics tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition. We deploy various sourcing techniques, including AI-based resume screening, social media recruitment, and job board optimization, to identify and attract high-potential candidates. All our in-house developed platforms like CalibOn for lead management, Mitra 2.0 and HRMS connect for end-to-end employee lifecycle management make our recruitment processes efficient, agile and streamlined.

 

  1. What specific technologies or strategies does Calibehr employ to assist businesses in acquiring top-notch human resources?

Calibehr continuously reviews and refines its strategies and recruitment processes which gets reflected in our technology platform. We always create a talent pool for business critical positions. Our primary focus is on creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. It aids in building a positive employer brand and attracting top talent in line with client requirements, leading to higher conversions.

 

  1. Are there any success stories or case studies that showcase how Calibehr has positively impacted businesses by enhancing their HR processes?

The first case study is with reference to one of the state government for fulfilling the requirement of support teachers to meet the educational needs of senior secondary students across the state.

Calibehr was entrusted to recruit manpower for the state funded schools to the tune of 2500 teachers and track the lectures to complete the yearly syllabus along with daily attendance of students and teachers. We leveraged our technology for recruitment and on-boarding of the teachers to be deployed across the state. We track lectures and curriculum completion along with the teacher and student attendance through face recognition mobile application with geo-tagging. Our platform also generates the data points required for creating monthly project reports as part of compliance. We are also conducting satisfaction surveys and feedbacks digitally.

The second case study is for a private sector company looking to stabilize its on-boarding process. Calibehr has positively impacted businesses by enhancing their HR processes. Here is a case study to understand the impact. One of our client was facing issues with stabilizing their on-boarding process. Manual operations were time-consuming and affected visibility. Calibehr streamlined a complex report extraction process for the on-boarding department. We deployed Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to automate data extraction, report generation, and email communication, saving 34,560 hours annually. RPA reduced handling time by 89%, automated 37.5% of the work with seamless processes. The employees could now focus on their core tasks.

We are a HR technology firm capable of providing end-to-end Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) with agile project delivery and cost-efficient custom-built solutions.

5. How does Calibehr tailor its services to meet the unique HR needs and challenges of different businesses and industries?

At Calibehr, we have entirely automated our employee lifecycle management allowing us the flexibility for crafting customized solutions for our clients.  Our in-house developed platforms – Mira 2.0 and HRMS Connect, handle everything from on-boarding to exit of workforce for our clients.

For example, one of our client in the BFSI sector had a unique requirement of hiring 900 field sales consultants on their rolls at a cost equivalent to a temporary staff along with their background verification. Post deployment, client also wanted to capture their attendance at different locations.

Calibehr crafted a solution at an affordable cost meeting project requirements in a record turn-around-time. We hired consultants before the timelines keeping the costs low. The manpower was hired on the rolls of our client with on-boarding and background verification done through the Calibehr Mitra application. Post deployment of the manpower, the attendance was also captured through the Mitra application geo-tagged for multiple sites. We ensured project delivery with agility offering cost efficient solutions.

  1. In what ways does Calibehr stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to its clients?

Calibehr has imbibed a learning culture. From execution standpoint, we have a centralized as well as decentralized approach to learning. Our employees stay abreast with industry trends attending various industry events, training and webinars. We have a culture of sharing learnings and best practices within teams which ensures continuous process improvements. We also have a training budget for employees who are free to choose training programs for their job profile relevant skills.

Based on the future trends and understanding of client pain points from our business teams, the technology team continuously develops POCs and MVPs and experiments with the latest tools in our incubation centre.

  1. What are the future plans of Calibehr?

With many more advancements anticipated, the team at Calibehr has also set tremendous goals for future growth. In tandem with the vision of becoming the preferred business solution partner, Calibehr’s vision is to multiply its growth by five times in five years— ‘5X Mission in 5 Years’, particularly from the perspective of revenue. To achieve this, Calibehr is working to enhance various business aspects like higher reliance on technology, enriched organizational communication, automated workflow management, and optimum resource allocation, in order to further augment overall efficiency and productivity.
