Supporting operations across a gross total of 14,500sqm of manufacturing space spread across over 64 buildings in two sites near Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam, Juniper’s innovative solutions and technology have helped Divi’s Laboratories realize significantly enhanced operational efficiencies, ensuring the world’s largest active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) manufacturing facilities are running optimally.
Specifically, Juniper’s EX series switches provide Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) and PoE+ switching to drive wireless infrastructure, all while providing organizational-wide network visibility, easy onboarding, and manageability. They also ensure high-capacity uplinks and multigigabit downlinks to meet the growing data exchange needs of Divi’s Labs, while reducing power consumption to meet their sustainability commitments.
Virtual Chassis technology on the other hand, has enabled Divi’s IT teams to easily configure, manage, and upgrade multiple EX switches as if they were a single device, simplifying network visibility, configurability, and manageability. Overall, Juniper’s network upgrades have provided Divi’s Labs with a highly secure, highly available and ultra-reliable network that is crucial for their business to continue producing world-class APIs. Even with a limited staff, Divi’s can manage Juniper’s network because of built-in automation capabilities and a reliable platform.
