  1. Can you provide an overview of Uplifters and its mission in empowering students from tier 2 and tier 3 cities?

Uplifters is a Skill based Ed-tech startup with a “pay after placement” model that aims to empower students from tier 2 and tier 3 cities by providing them with the skills and training necessary to secure good jobs. We aim to offer a relevant methodology that provides excellent job opportunities to students from Tier 2 and Tier 3 institutions. Our affordable education is delivered in “Hinglish” for student comfort and accessibility. Our motive is to bridge the gap between the college curriculum and Industry pedagogy. We strive to provide students with cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills to help them reach their full potential and unlock the best opportunities.

2.How does Uplifters differentiate itself from other Ed-Tech startups in its approach and programmes?

What distinguishes Uplifters is our innovative “pay-after-placement” model. We recognise the financial constraints that many students face, and thus we guarantee that they have to only pay a minimal upfront fee, and the rest they pay once they have successfully secured a job. This eliminates the financial burden during their learning experience and strengthens our commitment to their career success. Uplifters provides three different domains, such as Software Development Courses, Data Science courses, and Marketing Courses. Our live classes, and project-based learning by the mentors, who are industry experts, make us different from other Ed-Tech startups. We provide services to students to help them become self-sufficient and prepared for the challenges of the job market. We are developing a learning ecosystem of various tech and non-tech courses for the students.
