91Springboard launches Platinum Hub in DLF Cyber City, Gurugram!

Located at one of Gurugram’s top business addresses, this is 91Springboard’s 11th hub in the National Capital Region

This launch is a sign of our commitment towards building premium workspaces and the perfect work environment, says CEO Anshu Sarin

91Springboard, one of the biggest names in the Indian coworking and flexible workspace ecosystem, unveiled its latest Platinum Hub in Gurugram’s top business address – DLF Cyber City.

DLF Cyber City is one of the largest hubs of commercial activity in Delhi-NCR, and is a prime spot for start-ups and enterprises seeking world-class infrastructure and easy accessibility.

91Springboard’s 600+ seater workspace at DLF Cyber City is their sixth in Gurugram, and 11th in the National Capital Region. This rapid expansion is in line with Gurugram’s own evolution into Delhi-NCR’s primary business destination.

According to reports by both Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank, Gurugram now accounts for over 50% of all workspaces leased in the Delhi-NCR market. Additionally, flexible space operators largely leased coworking seats in various locations in Gurugram.

Speaking at the launch of the DLF Cyber City hub, 91Springboard CEO Anshu Sarin reiterated that their commitment went beyond building premium workspaces at prime locations. “At 91Springboard, we’ve spent a decade creating the perfect work environment, whether it’s for start-ups or large enterprises,” Sarin said. “We’ve always insisted we’re in the people business and not the space business. This is especially important as we find our way back to normalcy post Covid. Companies don’t just need their employees back at work, they need them to be happy to come back to work. And our spaces and customer experience have been designed specifically for this – to make work a source of joy.”

The DLF Cyber City launch takes the total number of 91Springboard workspaces in the country to an impressive twenty-eight, shining the spotlight on their focussed and ambitious growth plans.

91Springboard’s Platinum hubs are at par with the best in the business in terms of design, comfort, lighting, sound-control and more. The company also offers customisation options for businesses seeking private offices for their teams within a vibrant coworking ecosystem. Add to this the hospitality and warmth 91Springboard’s spaces have always been known for, and this becomes an irresistible offering.
