The 18th edition of Frost & Sullivan’s India ICT Best Practices Awards honored the digital and disruptive technology trendsetters in the industry. The awards had leading companies in the technology ecosystem compete for the most coveted titles in the ICT sector.

Frost & Sullivan follows its proprietary, measurement-based methodology combined with extensive research, in-depth interviews, analysis, and benchmarking to shortlist deserving companies in each category. This assessment is presented to an independent jury comprising of ICT stalwarts and industry experts, who select the final winners. With real-time performance indicators like market share, revenue growth, customer acquisitions, product/service value, and technology innovation forming the backbone of the selection process, the winners represent the best-in-class in the Indian ICT industry.
