Over its previous seven editions, this study has established itself as the most comprehensive gender analytics initiative in the corporate landscape of India. This year, the study witnessed the participation of over 354 companies representing a wide spectrum of industries, geographical regions, and business sectors. These companies underwent a meticulous evaluation process, focusing on the granularity of their practices, programs, and policies to foster gender inclusion within their workplaces. The culmination of this process led to the alphabetical ranking of the Top 100 Best Companies for Women. R1 RCM earned a place on this prestigious list, recognizing the company’s best-in-class policies and practices that promote diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
