Ans. IVY Growth is a prominent player in India’s startup funding landscape, serving as an angel network based out of Surat. Our primary role is to bridge the gap between promising startups and investors by curating investment opportunities and facilitating funding. We offer a range of services to assist startups throughout their journey. Firstly, we provide fundraising support, helping startups connect with potential investors from our extensive network of angel investors. We also assist in the preparation of pitch decks, structuring deal terms, and facilitating introductions to investors. Additionally, we guide startups in accessing government funding opportunities, including grants under the Startup India Scheme. Our team works closely with startups to understand their unique requirements and provide personalized guidance and mentorship. With our deep industry knowledge and experience, we help startups navigate the complexities of the funding landscape and increase their chances of success.

3. How do you approach to fulfill investors, startups, and syndicator interests? and what criteria do you use to evaluate the viability of a startup?

Our expertise lies in providing end-to-end support to startups, from helping them build their pitch decks to connecting them with potential investors. We also assist in fundraising under the Startup India Scheme and guide startups in applying for government grants. 4. Can you walk us through your investment process, from initial due diligence to making a final investment decision?

Ans.Our investment process at IVY Growth involves conducting thorough due diligence to evaluate the product-market fit and founder-market fit of potential startups. We assess customer feedback, market demand, competitive landscape, and founder expertise to determine alignment with our investment criteria. We also analyze financials, scalability, team dynamics, and regulatory compliance. The findings are then reviewed by our investment committee, who make the final decision based on the startup’s potential and alignment with our investment strategy. Our goal is to identify promising startups and make informed investment decisions that drive value for our investors and support the growth of the companies we invest in.

 

5. What do you believe are the biggest challenges facing early stage startups today, and how do you help the companies you invest in overcome those challenges?

At IVY Growth, we provide support and guidance to the companies we invest in to help them overcome these challenges. We work closely with startup founders to analyze their business models, identify areas of improvement, and provide strategic advice on monetization strategies, pricing models, and customer acquisition strategies.
