One of the technologies that we have harnessed is artificial intelligence. It has helped us identify the root cause of our patients’ health concerns more quickly and accurately. It has also allowed our doctors to do better diagnosis, design personalised treatment plans for each patient, and deliver better outcomes. With a strong team of over 200 doctors and healthcare experts across five top specialties and 23 major categories, we strive to provide each patient with comprehensive care. Today, we offer over 10,000 consultations daily through our platform, and the role of AI-powered digital innovations has been notable in streamlining it.
2. How has Nirvasa utilised digital healthcare solutions to bridge the gap and improve the accessibility and quality of healthcare services in remote regions?
Ans. Our team has been diligently utilising efficient digital healthcare solutions to improve the accessibility of quality healthcare products and services in remote areas. Nirvasa has helped patients take a self-assessment, seek doctor consultation, receive high-quality personalised treatment, receive door-step delivery of products, receive digital prescriptions, and receive on-going support from the comfort of their homes. Through these, we have helped patients suffering from chronic health conditions and those with limited access to quality healthcare solutions manage their symptoms remotely.
