CXOToday has engaged in an exclusive interview with Srinivas Vivek – Co-Founder – Resolute.ai

  • How Resolute differentiates itself from other digital healthcare platforms in the market?

A unique approach to wellness and care journeys. While most platforms focus on the typical three levers for health – doctor consults, prescriptions, and diagnostics – Resolute offers an integrated service that optimizes nutrition levels, improves sleep and recovery, provides personalized workouts, regulates stress, offers pre-emptive follow-ups, and ensures continuous health monitoring. By addressing the holistic needs of patients, Resolute unlocks their full health potential. Moreover, Resolute is driven by data, evidence, and outcomes, ensuring that patients receive personalized and effective care.

  • What factors influenced or motivated the founding/leadership team to start Resolute?

The founding team at Resolute was motivated by the desire to shift the health paradigm from reactive to proactive and holistic. They recognized that staying healthy is a top priority in today’s society, but traditionally, health has been approached in a reactive manner. The team sought to change this by creating a platform that promotes a proactive and comprehensive approach to health.

  • What are the key technology strengths of Resolute’s platform?

Resolute platform has solutions for individuals, families, workplaces, and digital health suites for other ecosystem players. The platform is built using advanced cloud technologies including serverless, NoSQL databases, programmable communications, data streams, etc. The Resolute delivery system is omnichannel which includes a mobile app, plugins for MS Teams & Slack, WhatsApp, and in real-life experiences. Filomena is the AI engine that is at the heart of all machine-led activities at Resolute. Filomena has a knowledge graph and evidence base that provides augmentation for decision-making to the practitioners including Doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and health coaches.

  • What is the “Whole of Me” approach that Resolute follows, and how it is different from other well-being approaches?

The Whole of Me approach is a personalized and comprehensive approach to well-being that considers all aspects of an individual’s life, including nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, environment, social factors, and more. This approach differs from traditional models that focus only on diagnosing and treating specific conditions. By encouraging individuals to design their own journey to manage their health and wellness, the Whole of Me approach leads to better engagement, better health outcomes, and potentially lower costs. Overall, this approach aims to optimize and amplify the health and wellness of the whole person.

  • How does Resolute envision the future of personalized health and wellness?

Resolute envisions a future where personalized health and wellness become the norm, with individuals having access to tailored healthcare solutions that address their unique needs and preferences. The company is committed to using advanced technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence to develop innovative products and services that empower individuals to take control of their health.

  • If improving healthspan and longevity is the next big step in health care, how Resolute is planning to deliver such services to its users?

Resolute provides services that can help improve the healthspan and longevity of its users by utilizing advanced biomarker testing, personalized action plans based on scientific research, and a successful system. These tools will allow users to optimize their healthspan, longevity, and performance by addressing key areas such as body composition, nutrient deficiencies, sleep quality, metabolic health, cognitive function, and overall potential. Our goal is to help individuals achieve their best health outcomes and live a fulfilling life.

  • How can technology help increase care access and promote personalized care and health equity? How can healthcare organizations ensure technology doesn’t lead to greater disparities?

Incorporating technology in healthcare can aid in improving access to care and promoting personalized healthcare, while also working towards achieving health equity. By utilizing data, technology can make healthcare more accessible to individuals from all backgrounds. However, it is important for healthcare organizations to ensure that technology does not contribute to greater disparities. One effective approach is to consider social determinants of health when developing digital health solutions on a large scale.

  • What are the future plans for growth and expansion?

We want to work with a million families as their well-being and preventive care partner. We intend to become the cornerstone of the digital health ecosystem by demonstrating financial and health outcomes for the ecosystem. We are setting our trajectory towards that.
